Contact requests
The form collects your name, email, company or business, role, need and expected outcome; your website is optional. These details are used to assess the request, reply and take any pre-contractual steps you request. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request; for other professional enquiries, the legitimate interest in responding. The details are not used for newsletters or automated marketing.
Services and recipients
Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile abuse protection. Requests are recorded in the Twenty instance managed by // EchoOps and are accessible to people authorised to handle business enquiries. OpenPanel is used for analytics only with consent. Data is not sold or published. Cloudflare operates an international network: technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum. Contact the controller for information about providers and safeguards.
Analytics
With your consent, we measure pages and essential interactions to understand content usefulness and the contact journey. Form answers, names and email addresses are not sent to OpenPanel. You can refuse or withdraw consent in the footer; contact remains available.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to further work are retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Analytics data is retained for 12 months. If a collaboration begins, the documentation needed for that relationship is handled separately for contractual purposes and applicable obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability and objection. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or the competent authority. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing of the form.
